The team inspects the condition of the pair and draws up a repair plan. You receive an estimate based on the treatment actually required, before any work begins.

Fourteen working days at the bench

Our craftsmen restore the pair with the same attention that went into making it. The artisans who carry out repairs are the ones who understand how these shoes are built.

Four — Updates

You will hear from us

We keep you informed on the status of the repair throughout, so a fortnight without your shoes is not a fortnight without news of them.

Five — Return

Packed, and ready to wear

Once the repair is complete your shoes are carefully packed and returned to you, refreshed and ready to go back into rotation.
