A Sales Assistant arrives at the confirmed address at the agreed time. Everything that decides the shoe happens in this one visit, in your own home, with samples on the table.
Your feet measured by hand
Design, shape, construction and detailing agreed together
Reference samples brought for clarity
Every measurement and specification recorded, then repeated back to you
The confirmed order sent to head office to begin production
Second appointment · up to 30 working days later
The fitting
Your pair is nearly finished. Before it goes through its final process you try it on, and what you say next is what changes.
Worn and assessed before finishing
Your feedback documented and the fitting recorded
Notes returned to head office for review
The pair sent back for adjustment or final finishing
A further fitting scheduled if the adjustments are substantial
Completion · up to 30 working days later
Finished at the bench
The workshop carries out the adjustments and finishes the pair. You are told the moment it is ready rather than at the end of a scheduled week.
Adjustments made and the pair completed
You are notified as soon as it leaves the bench
Delivery
Brought to your door
A Sales Assistant delivers the pair, or visits you directly, as arranged. The balance is settled then — by bank transfer or EDC — and we ask you what you made of it.
Hand-delivered by the assistant who measured you
Balance by bank transfer or EDC
A short testimonial, if you are willing

Home service is the bespoke commission carried out at your address instead of ours. Tell us where you are and when suits, and we will confirm whether we reach you.
